DVI, USB and more - THOR-SSM (Multiplex-Repeater / Cross-point switch / KVM-switch) supports the DVI graphics interface (DVI-D) and, depending on the device, USB keyboard/mouse (HID - Human Interface Device - such as touch screens, graphics tablets, barcode readers or similar and serial (V24/RS232) transfer and also bi-directional audio transmission.
The Thor Crosspoint configuration can be switched using a basic IR operator keypad or via pushbutton switches on an external serial interface device that connects directly to the Thor-SSM through an RJ-45 connection. Using the Thor software command GUI, the serial device can be used to setup I/O requirements for specific KVM/Video output combinations.
KVM Switch Mode: Switching is accomplished through pushbutton command specifided through stored macros. or direct access through GPIO contacts.
IR Switch Mode: Use the supplied miniature keypad to make switch calls or Macro commands.
